CNC Machinist

Venture Dynamics Inc

Venture Dynamics is looking for CNC Machinists to join our team in support of the local Ship Repair industry in the Norfolk, VA area.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ Years as a CNCMachinist and will be able to execute the following:
• Set up, program editing, and operation of CNCVMCs or HBMs (Fanuc & Haas controls primarily)
• Read and work independently from detaileddrawings.
• Set up machine toolsselecting proper tooling, jigs, fixtures and the correct speeds and feeds formaterial being machined (Plastic, Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Brass, NiCu/CuNi,Inconel, Monel, NiALBRZ and other exotics)
• The ideal candidate should have experienceworking in a team environment.

Shift: 1st Shift

Full-Time and Overtime as needed.
