SchoolClinician Location: Wilmington, Delaware (On-site) Description Location: Wilmington, Delaware (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000-$50,000/year Date Posted: September 3, 2026 About The Role Clarvida is seeking a School Clinician to support students in our alternative school placement program serving elementary through high school students. You will provide individual and group counseling, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, support behavior intervention, collaborate with caregivers, and implement skill-building curriculum. In this role, you will work closely with students, families, school staff, and community partners to support IEP and behavioral goals. Clinicians build trusting therapeutic relationships and equip students with strategies to manage challenges related to emotional, behavioral, and environmental stressors. You will also respond to crises, help de-escalate situations, provide education on triggers and interventions, and utilizeCPI techniques when necessary. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to students Complete assessments and develop treatment plans Support IEP and behavior goals in collaboration with school staff Implement skill-building curriculum Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and CPI when required Collaborate with families and external partners Maintain accurate documentation and case records Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Trauma, CBT, NCC, or DBT credentials preferred but not required Desire to support at-risk youth in an alternative school setting Able to pass background and criminal record checks Compliance with drug-free workplace rules Meets mandated health requirements (e.g., negative tuberculosistest) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Benefits School-based schedule (7am-3pm) Option for summers off or participation in a 6-week summer program Stability and growth within a national agency 5 PTO days that roll over 19 paid days off (holidays & schoolbreaks) Medical, dental, and vision benefit plan options DailyPay- Access earnings early * Training, development, and continuing education credits All Employees 401(k) Free licensure supervision Pet insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Perks @ Clarvida – National discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment Benefits may vary by state/county.
