Why Join Complete Care? $22.00–$23.00 per hour Full-time, day shift Stable healthcare employment Work Today, Get Paid Today Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Leadership Meaningful work helping maintain a safe environment for residents and staff What You'll Do As a Maintenance Assistant, you will help with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including: Perform routine and preventative building maintenance Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues Respond to maintenance requests and work orders Inspect and maintain equipment and building systems Assist with Life Safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and related equipment Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors Assist with facility inspections, repairs, and improvement projects Follow OSHA, Life Safety, state, and federal requirements Support the Maintenance Director with daily operations and special projects What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Previous maintenance, building maintenance, facilities, or maintenance technician experience preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Experience with Life Safety systems and Life Safety Code compliance required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Basic computer skills preferred Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus Schedule Full-Time | Day Shift Every other weekend required Participation in the emergency on-call rotation required Join Our Team If you're a dependable Maintenance Assistant who enjoys hands-on work and wants a stable career with a growing healthcare organization, At Complete Care at Bayshore, your work directly helps create a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
