Landscape Designer – Marble & Moss Design Marble & Moss Design is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our growing team. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for designing residential landscape projects from concept through completed design, creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that reflect each client's needs and the Marble & Moss design standard. This position will work closely with company management and the field team to develop designs that are both visually compelling and practical to build. What You'll Do Design residential landscape projects from initial concepts through completed designs Develop thoughtful layouts for planting, hardscape, outdoor living spaces, irrigation, lighting, and other landscape elements Create detailed landscape plans and design drawings Develop renderings and visual presentations to communicate design concepts Work from site measurements, sketches, photographs, and other project information Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as projects develop Select plants, materials, finishes, and other landscape elements that complement each project Ensure designs are practical, cohesive, and buildable Coordinate with the field team to answer design questions and help communicate the design intent during installation Keep project files, plans, and design materials organized Work with company management to develop designs that meet both the client's vision and the project's budget and scope What We're Looking For Experience designing residential landscapes or similar outdoor spaces Strong understanding of landscape design principles, including layout, scale, proportion, planting, and materials Strong creative ability and attention to detail Ability to turn ideas, site information, and client needs into cohesive landscape designs Experience with landscape design software preferred Experience creating 3D renderings or other visual presentations preferred Understanding of landscape construction and installation preferred Ability to accept feedback and make revisions Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines Portfolio of previous landscape or related design work preferred Pay & Hours Starting pay: 80K Salary Full-time position Opportunities for performance-based raises and increased responsibility Approximately 30–50 hours per week , depending on workload and project schedules Strong English communication skills are required for this position. The Landscape Designer will communicate directly with company management and may communicate with clients regarding landscape designs and project details. Responsibilities Design residential landscape projects from initial concept through completed design Develop layouts for planting, hardscape, outdoor living areas, irrigation, lighting, and other landscape elements Create detailed landscape plans, drawings, and design documents Produce renderings and visual presentations to communicate design concepts Meet with company management and field teams to understand project goals, site conditions, and construction requirements Revise designs based on feedback, budget considerations, and project needs Select appropriate plants, materials, finishes, and landscape features Help ensure designs are practical, buildable, and consistent with Marble & Moss standards Maintain organized project files, plans, renderings, and design documentation Communicate clearly with management and the construction team throughout the design process Qualifications 1–2 years of landscape design experience preferred 1–2 years of experience with design software, CAD, or rendering software required Strong understanding of landscape design principles, layout, scale, and spatial planning Able to create professional plans, drawings, and visual presentations Good understanding of planting design, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and residential outdoor spaces Strong attention to detail and organization Able to take feedback and revise designs efficiently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple design projects and deadlines English fluency required for communication with clients, management, and the project team Portfolio or examples of previous design work preferred Additional Information Full-time position Work will primarily involve designing residential landscape projects for Marble & Moss Design Position will work closely with company management and field crews Some site visits may be required to review properties, measurements, and project conditions Pay is based on experience, software proficiency, and design ability Opportunity to help shape the visual direction and design quality of Marble & Moss projects We are looking for someone who can combine strong creative design with practical, buildable solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
