Compensation: $2460 - $2964 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this position, you will be part of a nurturing team that emphasizes the significance of keeping mothers and their newborns together, encouraging skin-to-skin contact, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. With 10 spacious private LDRP rooms and a strong emphasis on collaboration, you will have the chance to profoundly impact families during one of their most pivotal moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Assist in circulating during C-sections and provide antepartum care.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including lactation consultants and maternity educators.
• Utilize advanced IV skills and operate the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System.
• Float to NICU for feeders and growers as necessary.
• Engage in floor-specific orientation and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license is required.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP are mandatory; FHM certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is essential.
• Proficient C-section and IV skills are required.
• Willingness to work every third weekend and one major and one minor holiday.
