Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting business growth initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, identify client needs, coordinate solutions with internal teams, and help strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client objectives and provide appropriate business solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery. Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and business growth. Prepare presentations, reports, and relationship updates as needed. Respond professionally to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up. Monitor client satisfaction and recommend process improvements. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at meetings and business events.
