It’sagreatfitforsomeoneorganised,professional,andpeople-orientedwho’seagertolearn—anditcomeswithaclearpathintotalentacquisitionandHRrolesasyoudevelop. Thesalaryrangefortheroleis$50,000-$60,000. Whatyou’lldo Candidatescreening&evaluation Reviewandscreenincomingapplicationsdailythroughtheapplicanttrackingsystemandotherrecruitingplatforms,usingyourownjudgementandAI-supportedtools. Conductinitial15–20minutescreeninginterviews. Assesscandidatesonskills,communication,professionalism,culturalalignment,andoverallfit. Confirmcompensationexpectations,workauthorisation,locationrequirements,availability,andemploymenthistory. Documentinterviewnotesandrecommendations,anddispositioneverycandidateintheATS,whethermovingthemforwardorsendingtheappropriatenotice. Recruitingcoordination&candidateexperience Managecandidatesthrougheverystageoftherecruitingprocess. Scheduleinterviewsandcoordinatecommunicationbetweencandidatesandhiringmanagers. KeepcandidaterecordsaccurateandorganisedintheATS. Trackopenpositionsandcandidatepipelines. Ensureapositivecandidateexperiencefromapplicationthroughtothehiringdecision. Systems,postings&processimprovement ManagerecruitingplatformsincludingWorkable,Indeed,Handshake,andothersourcingtools. Reviewandupdatejobpostingstokeepthemcurrent,competitive,andalignedwithhiringprioritiesandbudget. Monitorpostingperformanceandrecommendchangestoimprovecandidatequalityandhiringresults. Partnerwithhiringmanagerstokeeppostings,qualifications,andrequirementsuptodateasbusinessneedsevolve. Trackrecruitingmetrics,maintainreportsanddashboards,andshareinsightsonsourcingeffectiveness,candidateflow,andhiringtrends. Researchandrecommendnewrecruitingtools,sourcingstrategies,andprocessimprovements. Assessment&hiringsupport Administerpre-employmentassessmentsandscreeningtools. Coordinatetechnicalevaluationsandhiringexercises. Gatherandorganisecandidatefeedbackfrominterviewteams. Supporthiringdecisionswithclearcandidatesummariesandrecommendations. Collaboration&growth PartnercloselywithHR,hiringmanagers,andoperationalleaders. Takepartinregularrecruitingreviewmeetings.
