Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care) Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility Why Join FOX Rehabilitation?
