Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific client needs.
  • \n
  • Implement therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions, aimed at fostering emotional healing.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and practical interventions.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment approaches.

  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as needed to support clients during critical times.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards, using electronic health record systems.

  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

  • An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
