Job Description

Program and optimize CNC equipment (press brakes, lasers, panel benders, robotic systems). Build and maintain routings, BOMs, and item master data that keep production running smoothly. Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement real solutions. Lead training for supervisors and teams on new processes and technologies. Improve throughput, reduce waste, and shorten changeover times. Help implement systems that connect engineering, planning, and production.

The Successful Applicant

1+ years of CNC programming experience (laser, press brake, Welding, Mill/lathes). Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. A problem-solver who can turn analysis into action. Clear communicator who can work across engineering and production teams.
