What You’ll Take On

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep trailers operating at peak performance.
• Diagnose and fix problems across brakes, axles, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Repair or replace components including tires, lights, suspension parts, and related hardware.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities with accurate, organized records.
• Partner with teammates to refine processes and elevate service quality.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy, well-organized work area.

What Makes You a Fit

• Proven background as a trailer mechanic or closely related role.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in welding, electrical work, and fabrication.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and effective troubleshooting methods.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
