Responsibilities:

• Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Idylwood Care Center is a 185-bed SNF featuring strong nursing support. Therapists manage a diverse caseload across a 106-bed skilled and neurobehavioral unit, alongside a dedicated 66-bed short-term rehabilitation wing known as The Gardens. Therapy takes place in a well-equipped gym utilizing a blend of mechanical and electromagnetic modalities, an integrated residential kitchen, and accessible outdoor gardens for holistic ADL retraining. Qualifications:

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy (PT) degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
