What you´ll do Conduct hands‑on laboratory testing and material application evaluation Conduct all laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S Execute lab testing and generate test data, documentation and laboratory reports for projects assigned by Engineers and/or Supervisor Communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcomes Employ basic problem‑solving skillsets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates Demonstrate expertise in programming robots and working with various curing and dispensing technologies Train other technicians regarding equipment operation and/or test procedures Maintain ownership and safe operation of assigned equipment Report laboratory results and methods according to accepted company lab practices; results, reports and observations will be communicated to internal/external customers This role requires working onsite in Madison Heights 5 days a week #J-18808-Ljbffr Henkel AG & Co.
