Your expertise in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and relationship management will ensure a smooth recruitment process from job posting to onboarding support. Leveraging various sourcing methods such as online job portals, social media, and employee referrals you will connect qualified candidates with suitable opportunities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using online job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Serve as liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Post job openings on relevant platforms
• Screen candidate resumes and applications
• Manage offer processes and communications
• Maintain and update recruitment databases
• Track candidate progress and status
• Support onboarding activities for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• Spanish Required
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong candidate sourcing skills
• Effective interviewing techniques
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Relationship building expertise
• Accurate and detail-oriented data entry
