Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Mentally STRONGLocation: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: On-site, Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm (~38 hours/week)

🧩 Your Day as a PMHNPStart at 7:45 with a team huddle to connect and prep for the day. Coordinate schedules with students and teammates while reviewing your patient list.Patients arrive: some are new intakes with a student, others are medication follow-ups initiated by a mental health technician. Each session is powered by AI-assisted charting: you record, “push,” and move on.Most patient slots are 10 minutes every 30 minutes. Complex or high-risk patients take longer. You make rapid medical decisions, sometimes handling suicidal or violent patients—with support from the team.Throughout the day, you collaborate, mentor students, and contribute to a high-performing team. You finish knowing you impacted dozens of patients while staying supported and resilient.This is fast-paced and challenging—but deeply rewarding for PMHNPs who thrive on efficiency, teamwork, and tangible patient results. ⚡ The Process

1. Video Application: Submit a 3–5 minute video answering specific questions. Deadline: 1 week.
   
    
2. Shadow Day: Experience a full day with our PMHNPs and see the pace, patient flow, and team culture.
   
    
3. Decision: We make offers within 1 day of shadowing.
   
    

Typical timeline: 1–2 weeks from application to offer. 💰 What You’ll EarnBase: $124,700/year ($65/hr, 9.5 hours/day, 4 days/week)
Top Performer: $137,960 base ($70/hr) + $66,560 RVU incentive = $204,520/year

• RVU: $20 per patient over 16/day
• Expectation: 16 patients/day
