We are an established automotive dealership organization with approximately 200 employees seeking a professional, mature, dependable, and highly detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our busy Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and understands the importance of absolute confidentiality, discretion, and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities Include :
Maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee administration Supporting payroll, benefits, attendance, and leave administration Preparing correspondence, Excel spreadsheets, tracking reports, and other HR documents Working directly with managers across all departments and locations in a professional, courteous, and effective manner Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Providing daily administrative support to the HR Department
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience required; HR experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including experience creating, maintaining, and updating spreadsheets Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with management and employees at all levels Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Sound judgment, maturity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
