Vice President, Financial Advisor

Financial Advisor We're seeking a future team member for the role of Financial Advisor at Vice President level to join our Wealth Management team. The role is located in New York City (200 Park Avenue office). The Financial Advisor assists clients with investable assets between $250,000 and $5,000,000 to reach their financial goals, strives to build long‑term relationships, and works with clients over time as their needs change. Client consultations are primarily conducted via telephone, with in‑person and video calls when appropriate. Responsibilities Serve in a consultative role to clients, advising on the best way to achieve short‑ and long‑term strategic objectives. Promote appropriate services and product solutions to meet client needs. Uncover outside asset opportunities to increase firm wallet share. Prospect for new clients and referrals from existing clients through company‑supported initiatives. Qualifications Financial advisory experience with a strong relationship‑building skill set. In‑depth knowledge of model portfolios, asset allocation, and other investment vehicles such as managed asset programs, ETFs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts. Deep industry and market knowledge with the ability to keep up with current trends. An aptitude for embracing new technology and comfort operating in a digital environment. Proven ability to drive sales through telephone sales and digital interactions. Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Licenses & Experience 3–5 years of financial industry experience preferred. Prior financial advisory experience required; must hold Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Series 65 or an insurance license preferred, or the candidate must obtain it after hire. Compensation The base salary for this position is expected to be between $60,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and employer‑sponsored benefits. This position is at‑will, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary or any other discretionary payment at any time.
