Lockton Affinity in Overland Park is seeking highly motivated, curious, and talented individuals to participate in our Summer Rotational Internship Program. The 10-week program will allow interns to explore multiple aspects of the business while working with and learning from a variety of Lockton Affinity Associates. The program is a hands-on experience where interns will gain insight to Lockton Affinity’s core departments by rotating through: Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Client Solutions. Gain experience working on a group project that culminates in a formal presentation. Exposure to a career path that offers tremendous growth opportunity. Work with mentors to enhance your professional development. Networking opportunities with clients, teams, and carrier partners. Opportunity to give back to local communities through volunteer events. Qualifications Successful candidates have proven success in both academics and extracurricular activities such as sports, student government, clubs, or work. Students entering their senior year Demonstrated leadership potential is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required. Effective organization and time management skills. Proficient user with all Microsoft Products. Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures. Legally able to work in the United States.
