Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse!

- Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM
- Department: Acuity Adaptable Unit
- Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients
- Adapt to floating onsite within your skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed

Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of nursing experience

Dress Code:
- No artificial or acrylic nails
- Nails must be kept short (1/4)

Credentials Needed:
- Nursys License
- License/Certificate Verification

Onboarding Checklist:
- Ascension Specialty Exam: Required for onboarding
- Color Vision Test: Required for onboarding
- Core Competencies: Required for onboarding
- EKG Exam: Required for onboarding
- Unit Specific Checklist: Optional

Health Requirements for Onboarding:
- MMR
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire: Optional
- Health Statement
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Varicella
- Tdap

- Driver's License/State ID
- Ascension Profile: Required for submission
- 2 Professional References: Required for submission
- Criminal Background Check Results: Required for onboarding
