Position Purpose : Responsable de la proteccin deI rea de trabajo, la prevencin de la inseguridad, atravs del monitoreo interno y externo del edificio y el control de entradas y salidas de los empleados, visitantes y materiales.Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:- Monitorea y ejecuta acciones en el sistema la apertura de puertas .
- Administra la base de datos de reportes de incidencia .
- Administracion en el desarrollo de investigaciones .
- Encargado de turno(s) para Monitorear las instalaciones internas y externas en ambas plantas .
- Administra Bitacora electronica .
- Administra la asignacion de llaves .
- Administra auditoria a lockers .
- Administra investigaciones de herramienta extraviada o incidentes .
- Administra la programacion de Tiempo Extra .
- Desarrolla el rol de actividades del turno.
- Desarrollar y exponer presentaciones .
- Brinda capacitacion de los procesos .
- Anlisis de problemas, identificar la solucin, elaborar el plan de accin y comunicarlo a los dems .
- Toma decisiones basadas en manuales y procedimientos .
- Requiere juicio y criterio efectivo .
- Negociaciones con los diferentes niveles (Direccion, Gerencial, etc.) .
- Habilidades interpersonales, trabajo en equipo. .
- Manejo de computadora.
- Paquetera Office.
- Conocimiento sobre manejo de emergencias.
- Conocimiento de manejo de LENEL y MIELSTONE (preferente).
- Toma de decisiones.
- Sentido de confidencialidad.
