Family Medicine Physician
OSF HealthCare
OSF HealthCare is seeking a clinician to join an established Primary Care practice. You will perform patient assessment and assign diagnoses based on data and current research, establishing a plan of care and implementing interventions per care paths and standards. You will educate and counsel patients, families, and groups; clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with excellent work/life balance and no on-call or weekend duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr
