Art Director

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience WHO IS PROPAC? Propac is a full-service marketing agency that finds new ways to get buyers to notice, pick up, and buy the brands we work on — Doritos, Cheetos, Pepsi, and other snack and beverage brands. We're a lean, fast-moving shop, which means less red tape and more of your work actually making it to shelf. THE ROLE We're hiring a mid-level Art Director to join our Creative team. You'll take a client brief, align with your Creative Director on strategy, conceptualize the big idea, sell it in the room, and then actually execute it — start to finish. Day-to-day work spans digital banners, point-of-sale, in-store promotions, and sales materials/video. This is a fast-paced agency with multiple projects running at once, so you should be someone who thrives on that pace rather than getting buried by it. WHAT YOU'LL DO Turn a brief into a concept, then defend that concept to senior creatives and account teams Design across digital, POS, in-store, and sales collateral — often in the same week Partner with copywriters and fellow Art Directors on some projects, run solo on others Manage your own deadlines across multiple projects without dropping any of them Bring shopper/buyer thinking to every layout — what actually gets someone to reach for the product Give and take feedback like it's part of the job, not a personal referendum WHAT YOU BRING Required 2–6 years of agency experience 4-year degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, not just polished execution Comfort presenting and defending your own work Preferred Shopper marketing or CPG experience Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
