Join a Modern, Patient-Focused Endodontic Practice
Paradigm Endodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate full-time Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice. We are dedicated to providing exceptional endodontic care in a comfortable, state-of-the-art environment while building strong relationships with our referring dentists and delivering outstanding patient experiences.
Whether you're an experienced endodontist or a recent graduate, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow professionally while practicing high-quality, evidence-based endodontics.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Three-day weekends every week – Fridays off!

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of endodontic conditions
- Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients and referring dentists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure outstanding patient experiences
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
- Eligible for Connecticut dental licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
