Responsibilities Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, customer-first approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays). You love AE and Aerie products and have prior retail experience. You are at least 18 years of age.
