Pay & Perks
- Starting at $19.61 - $20.61/hr + tips + bonus opportunities
- Holiday Pay at 1.5x

⏰ Flexible Scheduling
- Store Hours: Mon–Fri: 10:00am – 9:00pm, Sat–Sun: 9:00am – 9:00pm
- Shifts may start/end up to 2 hours outside store hours for prep/closing
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
As a Restaurant & Retail Associate, you’ll bring the brand to life by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Prepare delicious treats including sundaes, shakes, and specialty items
- Recommend products and drive sales through upselling
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Stock, merchandise, and maintain product displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support both front-of-house service and back-of-house prep
- High energy, positive attitude, and reliability
- Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and basic math skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Previous retail or food service experience is a plus (not required!)
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma preferred
