Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
\n
• Conduct assessment and treatment planning for clients that meet medical necessity, ensuring all therapeutic interventions are evidence-based.
\n
• Develop and lead psycho-educational workshops, parenting classes, and other group offerings to support client and community engagement.
\n
• Manage and maintain comprehensive client documentation, including case materials, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to contractual obligations by successfully billing for a defined number of reimbursable hours each week, optimizing productivity while maintaining quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating various life challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, and family dynamics. You will be instrumental in providing culturally responsive care to a diverse clientele, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in counseling services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• A self-motivated approach, with the initiative to drive billing and documentation processes efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specific methodologies such as CBT, DBT, or play therapy will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous.
