What You'll Do Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for a minimal caseload Support the BCBA Clinical Director in quarterly and yearly clinical performance reviews Conduct regular coaching and mentorship check ins with BCBA team Provide caregiver training and support Oversee the BCBA Intern, BCBA training, and RBT training programs With the direction and support of the BCBA Clinical Director, provide leadership, training, clinical support and guidance to a team of BCBAs at your assigned location Monitor on floor quality of services and provide in the moment coaching and feedback Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with company match 120 hours PTO annually, plus 9 paid holidays Additional benefits available Leadership Track Clinical Track Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field Current Texas LBA Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing direct BCBA services Previous leadership experience Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent-based ABA Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check About Little Spurs Autism Centers Little Spurs Autism Centers provides evidence-based, assent-based ABA therapy that empowers children and supports families.
