Community Concierge | Resident Services & Front Desk

The Liberty Group is expanding into dedicated Concierge services for multifamily communities, and we’re building a strong local network of experienced Concierge and hospitality professionals to grow with us.

We’re looking for polished, service-focused professionals with experience in Concierge, resident services, hotel front desk, luxury hospitality, or other high-touch customer environments.

Opportunities may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, relief, and recurring Concierge coverage at multifamily communities throughout the area.

If creating a great resident experience comes naturally to you and you know how to balance hospitality with professionalism, reliability, and attention to procedure, we’d like to meet you.

Pay: $18 to $21 per hour
Location:  Houston
Schedule: Opportunities vary by property and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, holiday, relief, or recurring coverage.

Before You Apply
Please apply if you meet the following requirements:

• At least nine months of frontline hospitality, Concierge, resident services, hotel front desk, luxury residential, high-touch retail, or other interactive customer service experience
• Professional verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn property-specific systems
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and the ability to commit to the schedule of an accepted assignment

What You’ll Do
Depending on the property and assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents with a professional and welcoming approach
• Verify visitors, announce guests, and follow property access procedures
• Receive, log, secure, and release packages and deliveries
• Answer phones, respond to routine resident questions, and route service requests to the appropriate team
• Manage keys, fobs, access cards, amenity reservations, and vendor access when required by the property
• Maintain accurate daily activity, visitor, package, incident, and shift-handoff records
• Follow property post orders and emergency procedures and escalate urgent concerns appropriately
• Keep the lobby, front desk, package area, and assigned workspace organized, professional, and ready to serve residents

• The ability to multitask and prioritize competing resident and property needs
• Experience in multifamily housing, luxury residential, hospitality, resident services, hotel front desk, or another high-touch customer environment
• Comfort following detailed property procedures without improvising or bypassing access rules
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to provide a professional presence throughout the entire shift
• The ability to learn new properties, procedures, systems, and expectations quickly

Role Boundary
This is a resident service position, not a licensed security role.
Concierge associates observe, document, and escalate concerns. They do not physically intervene, detain or pursue individuals, or place themselves in danger.
