Assistant General Manager

Piccino Presidio

Piccino has been a community hub in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood since 2006, and we are now in the Presidio as well, with more locations on the horizon. Here are the details: You will partner with the General Manager to run the restaurant day to day, carrying your own set of shifts as manager on duty and taking ownership of pieces of the operation: training, scheduling, one of our service periods. This is a real development track with more locations on the horizon. Responsibilities/capabilities: Running service as MOD, staff training and coaching, scheduling support, opening and closing procedures, guest recovery, inventory counts, and administrative follow-through. Familiarity with Toast and Resy is a plus. The ideal candidate has solid references and a minimum of 2 years in a restaurant leadership role.
