Senior HR Generalist – Medina, OH, Onsite We’re looking for a seasoned HR professional who can handle benefits administration, coach managers, and troubleshoot HRIS issues while serving as a go‑to person for employees. The candidate will help build, refine, and level‑up HR across 13 locations. What You’ll Be Doing (Realistically) Be My Right Hand — Truly Help build structure, consistency, and smart HR practices across the company. Benefits & Leave Admin Manage self‑insured benefits, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and leave administration. Employee Relations Coach, guide, support, document, and mediate employee relations matters, providing calm and clarity when needed. Reporting & Analytics Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and decision‑making tools. Turning messy data into useful insights is a plus. Compensation & Pay Structure Assist with benchmarking, pay ranges, equity checks, and help leaders understand the reasoning behind compensation decisions. Policies, SOPs & Compliance Write, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring leaders follow them. Manager Support Coach managers to conduct performance conversations, documentation, PIPs, and everyday leadership support. Employee Experience Oversee onboarding and offboarding to create an intentional, consistent, and people‑centered employee journey. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of real‑world HR experience (distribution, warehousing, manufacturing is a bonus). Hands‑on experience in core HR functions. Strong benefits and leave administration skills (FMLA, Workers’ Comp). Solid compensation foundation knowledge. Experience supporting a multi‑site workforce. Paycor experience is a plus. Highly organized, responsive, and calm under pressure. Collaborator with good judgment, speaking honestly and tactfully. Team player who rolls up sleeves and is not precious about the work.
