Cardiology APP with Pima Heart and Vascular in Tucson, AZ- Outpatient Clinic Setting

The Cardiology APP will work independently to deliver competent medical care to an age specific population including adults and geriatric patients primarily in outpatient clinic and alongside an Interventional Cardiologist. This position will complete admission workups and consultations, function as the on-site liaison to directly receive phone calls from staff and provide orders for routine and urgent medical care needs, transfer, or discharge as appropriate and communicate directly with the physician. Experience Requirements FNP, PA or ACNP with Cardiology Experience preferred but not required New Grads with Cardiology Experience as RN are encouraged to apply NP Board Certification Active AZ license or willing to apply Position Highlights Full time - 40 hours per week Monday- Friday - Outpatient Clinic Setting Benefits Package available The Cardiology APP will maintain the scope of practice to be consistent with the policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governed by the Arizona Board of Nursing, the Arizona Medical Board, and any other federal or state regulatory agencies, as well as the policies and procedures of PIMA.
