We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Team Member to become an integral part of our team!  You will be responsible for following items:

** Requirement:   Interested individuals MUST include a simple cover letter, including why you think you'd be a good fit for the role, a summary of your previous job history (if any), along with any relevant life experience you think would make you a perfect candidate for our store.  Applications without a cover letter will be passed on immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to our location with a smile
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Identify & Sort LEGO® sets, parts and minifigures
• Store Cleaning (Sales Floor, Party Room, Stock Area, etc.)
• Process incoming Buys / Trades
• Host Birthday Parties
• Perform duties for classes / other activities
• Aiding with off-site sales and marketing events
• Abide by all guidelines set by Bricks & Minifigs and The LEGO Group
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors / management

Qualifications:

• 17+ years of age
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a bonus, but not required
• Knowledge of LEGO® product encouraged, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly and maintain knowledge
• Works well in a team atmosphere
• Reliable source of transportation
• Prefer that you live within 15 miles of the store
