Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Rotating 12 hours, Every 3rd Weekend

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2-week period

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Experience
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Experience with Fresh Open Heart Surgery Patients
• Interpretation of Cardiac Rhythms
• Adult and Geriatric Population Experience
• Epic Experience
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic care to patients and families across the life cycle, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.
• Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and revise patient care plans, coordinate care among disciplines, and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate.
• Participate in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices and promote high-standard patient care through active participation and leadership.
• Engage in continuous improvement of practice standards and the environment of care.
