This highly coordinated model integrates imaging, clinic, and surgery under one roof, providing seamless continuity of care for patients and a streamlined workflow for physicians. Position Highlights Integrated model: Imaging, diagnostics, and clinic all together—no running between facilities. Schedule balance: 1–2 days in clinic, 3–5 days in the OR. Strong Clinical Support Each clinic has a dedicated NP, RN, and MA per surgical team. Breast Navigator supports each physician. Medical Assistants handle scheduling and pre‑op coordination. Work‑Life Balance Clinic opens at 8:30 AM. No holidays or weekends. Patient volume: 20–30 patients per day in clinic.
