The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls Dispatch drivers efficiently Communicate with customers and drivers Enter and update job information accurately Monitor active calls throughout the shift Qualifications Strong communication and computer skills Ability to multitask under pressure Reliable, punctual, and dependable Dispatch experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Schedule Full-time overnight shift Weekend availability required Training will be completed on the day shift before transitioning to the overnight schedule.
