ARCHITECT / PROJECT DESIGNER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Sciences in Architectural Studies
- 3-5 yrs experience in an architectural office setting
- Experience in all phases of project development
- Experience with the permitting process
- Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA Standards for accessible design.
- Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment
- Interest in pursuing Architectural licensure preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- Experience using 3-D and graphic software design tools
- Interpersonal skills
- Design and graphic skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance and have reliable transportation to facilitate a full time, in-office work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support all phases of project development from Design through Construction Administration
- Assist Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines

- Annual salary range $60k-85k DOE

This is not a remote position and employees are expected to work full time (40 hrs/week) in person at our main office location. Some travel to job sites may be required.
