Baywood Home Care is hiring CNAs — $21–$24/hour + credit for experience and $2 shift differential. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with flexible, varying schedules. Apply today and hear back within 48 hours.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Offer gentle reminders for medications and routines
• Ensure safety and peace of mind through overnight hours
• Support independence and dignity through compassionate care

What You'll Need

• CNA certificate (does not need to be current)
• At least 18 years old
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
