Senior Benefits Administrator

The Senior Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave programs. This role serves as a primary resource for employees, coordinates key benefits initiatives such as open enrollment, and manages leave administration across multiple states. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, responsive, and comfortable communicating benefits information across the organization. Responsibilities Manage employee leave requests and provide ongoing administration of leave programs across multiple states. Coordinate the annual open enrollment process, including employee communications, enrollment activities, and follow‑up. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and leave programs. Communicate company‑wide benefits information, updates, deadlines, and resources in a clear and timely manner. Support the ongoing administration of employee health and welfare benefit programs. Maintain accurate employee benefits and leave records and ensure changes are processed appropriately. Work with employees, internal partners, and benefits vendors to research and resolve benefits‑related questions and issues. Assist with benefits documentation, reporting, and other administrative activities as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in benefits administration required. Experience administering employee leave programs across multiple states required. Strong understanding of benefits and leave administration processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain benefits information clearly to employees. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
