As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as support and reinforce the skills learned by our clients. Service Areas: Cleveland, Beachwood, & surrounding areas including Parma, Garfield Heights, Lakewood, Chagrin Falls and more!
