CNC Machine Operator – $22+/hr + Shift Differential

Looking for a manufacturing role where you can grow your skills and work with advanced equipment? We're hiring CNC Machine Operators for a fast-paced production environment. Great fit for candidates with machine operating, CNC, or manufacturing experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
• Load, unload, and package finished products
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Use tape measures and measuring tools to inspect parts
• Record production and quality data
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Experience using hand and power tools

Experience That's a Plus

• CNC machining experience
• CNC mills or lathes
• Calipers and precision measuring tools
• Production, fabrication, or machining experience
• Blueprint reading experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
