Speech Language Pathologist - Rotating Shift

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide a comprehensive Speech Language Pathology program to clients, including evaluations, treatments, and reporting. This role requires a commitment to professional development and adherence to organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate evaluation, scheduling, and treatment programs for clients referred for Speech-Language Therapy.
• Provide diagnostic evaluative services and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Deliver appropriate treatment and maintain accurate progress notes for all clients.
• Collect and document complete historical information on referred clients.
• Adhere to organizational policies, including compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in professional development and present educational programs as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve and maintain productivity standards set by the organization.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Master's degree (MS, MEd, or MA) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Current state license as a Speech Pathologist and Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Completion of PA Act 31, 33, 34, and 73 necessary.

Schedule

This position involves a rotating shift, with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including day shifts and rotating weekends and holidays.
