Qualifications 5+ years Project Management experience with an electrical contractor Experience with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects Strong skills in budgeting, labor tracking, scheduling, and cost management Experience with change orders, subcontracts, and procurement Ability to review drawings/specs for pricing and execution Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Plusses BS in Construction Management or related field Spectrum or estimation software experience Electrical field background Pre-fabrication planning experience Day-to-Day Manage full lifecycle of electrical construction projects Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower projections, and cost tracking Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors Handle RFIs, change orders, and procurement of materials/equipment Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships Ensure safety, QA/QC compliance, and project documentation Manage material logistics, deliveries, and jobsite planning Provide monthly WIP reporting and financial updates Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager for a leading electrical contractor.
