As our Residential Direct Support Professional - DSP, you help individuals in their homes-by assisting with meal planning, hygiene, and daily tasks to help them feel their best. But it's not all chores-far from it! We provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities. We're looking for a compassionate, fun-loving individual who can work full-time with flexible shifts. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need. You just need: A valid driver's license A reliable personal vehicle to transport individuals to various places in the community is preferred If you're ready for a job that's more than just a paycheck-where you can change lives, have fun, and be part of an amazing team-we want to meet you!
