Immediate positions available - apply now! Responsibilities: This position includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees. Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers. Meet self-performance metrics and assist in developing employees to meet their metrics. Analyze daily sales data to maximize sales. Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements. Control expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance. Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. 1 year of supervisory experience. Ability to effectively motivate others. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
