This is an opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine in a supportive environment with an exceptional work/life balance at one of their three clinic locations.

Position Highlights:
•4 day workweek
•Low patient volumes
•Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
•Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
•New hospital opening in early 2028!

Compensation & Benefits:
•Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
•$100K sign on bonus
•Relocation assistance
•4 weeks of vacation
•2 weeks of CME

Location:
•Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- All charming communities in western Wisconsin
•Affordable housing and excellent locations to raise a family
•Convenient access to multiple international and regional airports- just a short drive to the Twin Cities and Duluth.
