Position Highlights:•4 day workweek
•Low patient volumes
•Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
•Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
•New hospital opening in early 2028! Compensation & Benefits:
•Two year guaranteed salary $325K+
•$100K sign on bonus
•Relocation assistance
•4 weeks of vacation
•2 weeks of CME Location:
•Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- All charming communities in western Wisconsin
