Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm and cold leads. Have needs‑based conversation with prospects & customers. Outbound calling to prospects & customers. Start in entry level position – 6 to 9 months; daily outbound calling (high activity) while learning systems & processes. Qualifications Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated. Detail oriented. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Ability to work in a team environment. Property and Casualty licensed (must be able to obtain). Life & Health licensed (must be able to obtain).
