This training is designed to prepare the team member for a future accounting role within our operations accounting area, including responsibilities for financial closing and reporting, supervisory duties, and a comprehensive understanding of the business from multiple operational perspectives.REQUIREMENTS :Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. This role is intended for recent graduates who have completed their most recent degree within the last three years.Experience: 6+ month's work experience preferred but not required.Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
