Caretaker – Apartment Cleaner
The Emery Apartments is currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! You will be responsible for cleaning of apartment turns, common areas and grounds. The hours for the position are 15 - 20 per week, and available on weekend as needed.
Caretaker Responsibilities
- Cleaning vacant apartments
- Cleaning common areas
- Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager
- Overtime as needed
Caretaker Qualifications
- Experience Required
- Candidate should be organized, punctual & have great customer service skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Time management a must
- Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow direction as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Able to communicate with management effectively
Compensation:
Starting at $20 - 22 per hour depending on experience
Benefits:
Earned Paid Sick & Safe Time (1-hour earned for every 30 hours worked)
