Position Overview:
MLR.org is looking for an experienced Med-Surg/Telemetry RN to join our dynamic healthcare team in Central California . This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment, working with patients on a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in the med-surg and telemetry units.
• Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications:

• Licensure : Active California RN license.
• Certification : BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Acute/Med-Surg care is preferred.
