Tennessee's #1 Home Improvement Co is hiring weekend Event Promoters! Are you outgoing and energetic? Are you comfortable approaching people? Motivated to make money based on your performance? At American Home Design, we're looking for driven individuals who want to grow their career and their paycheck. This role is designed for those who want to WIN!! Benefits: Work in a fun atmosphere that changes each weekLucrative Base + uncapped Bonus opportunity - your income grows with your performance Opportunity to grow your sales career Paid Time Off Paid training and coaching Responsibilities:Actively engage everyone who walks by our boothUse your persuasive personality to get potential customers excited to learn more and schedule a free in-home estimate on one of our home improvement productsProfessionally represent the company Qualifications:Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasmExcellent communication and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated and self-disciplined to work independentlyMust be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shiftReliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area American Home Design is a locally owned and operated home improvement company proudly serving Tennessee for over 45 years.
